Cara McGoldrick and Ashley Parker have been residents of Davidson for over 25 years.
Since its founding, Simply Savvy Designs has helped countless homeowners achieve their design goals, offering services ranging from simple yet impactful updates—like wallpaper, paint, and furniture selection—to full-scale kitchen and bathroom renovations.
Cara and Ashley pride themselves on their hands-on approach, working closely with clients throughout the entire design journey. From the initial concept to project management and collaboration with contractors, they ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience. Their love for what they do shines through in every project they undertake.

Cara McGoldrick
Cara earned her degree in Interior Design from Drexel University and has spent years honing her skills by designing for friends and family. After dedicating 15 years to raising her five children, she partnered with her close friend, Ashley Parker, to create Simply Savvy Designs.
Ashley Parker
Ashley brings a strong background in design and merchandising, as well as the experience of raising two accomplished children. Together, they launched Simply Savvy Designs in 2019 with a shared passion for transforming spaces into beautiful, functional homes.
